I don't think it "helps" you conceive. But I do think it gets your body in a healthier state. I took prenatals for 6 months before trying and got pregnant on our second try. I've also read that taking them before getting pregnant helps with morning sickness, I have no idea if that's true but it was for me. I've had no morning sickness or nausea. Good luck!!
