Hello everyone. This is my second pregnancy I have a teenage son and am soooo looking forward to my new baby growing inside me. Oddly enough, I CANNOT GET ANY SLEEP AT NIGHT!! I'm waiting for my ob/gyn to give me a call back to schedule my first appointment but in the meantime is there any safe and natural remedies for this. I'm super cranky when the sun comes up, poor dad and teenage son, and I have this new fascination with crime movies. I'm awake ALL nite binge watching Criminal Minds and Law & Order, SUV of course. And if I'm not watching tv I'm lying awake in TORTURE. Help. Please .....
