Weight loss and comfort eating

I've been struggling with weight loss a long time, and I recently lost 16 pounds! But I've been very stressed from work and I tend to turn to food and comfort-eat a lot. I'm afraid of not only gaining back the weight I lost but then some. And I have struggled with a binge eating disorder in the past, i have a bad relationship to food so "just stop eating" isn't helpful 😂

Any suggestions? Tips to curve appetite?
