Lost five due to better eating habits (I.e. quitting soda, my sugary cup of joe every morning, and binge eating- I have to eat smaller meals because my stomach has less room it feels). I'm also in the "overweight" category for my bmi (which I feel is bs, but whatever 😂), so I had weight to spare. I think if you're underweight, or average you're more likely to gain instead of lose.

With my first I had gained like 12 lbs in the first trimester. Last pregnancy I lost around 15 in the first tri. This time I've lost 6 so far and I'm going to be 10 weeks tomorrow.
