No Appetite 🙅🏼

Ladies! Mamas! First time momma here, only about 6ish weeks along. The last week or so, I've been struggling with having *no* appetite! I know it's super important to eat healthy, so my growing baby can get their nutrients, and grow and develop! I'm a huuuge smoothie lover, and this helps me feel full, doesn't add to any nausea, and you can prep ahead of time! 
Here's my recipe:
•1 cup frozen berries {whatever kind of mixture you like- organic, nonorganic. You can even cut up your own fresh berries and freeze them! I used a strawberry/blueberry/raspberry mix]
•1 frozen banana, cut into pieces
•1 orange, peeled + cut
•4-6 ounces vanilla yogurt [greek, regular, whatever ya like!]
*I measure out my cup of berries, and put them in a quart size bag, then peel + cut my banana and add it to the bag, then throw it in the freezer until I'm ready to use it!*
**How much yogurt you need depends on how "hard" your freezer freezes, and how you like the consistency of your smoothie!**
•I add 1/3 cup of yogurt to the bottom of my blender, dump the frozen berry/banana mixture in, add my peeled + cut orange, and another 1/3 cup of yogurt on top. Blend, and boom! Smoothie 🍹 sometimes I pair it with a granola bar, or some peanut butter toast. Hope this helps if anyone else has been struggling!
