Had my 1st ultrasound today for baby #3, my nerves have finally calmed down a little. So far so good, I measured one day ahead on the scan so they pushed up my due date. Baby had a steady heart beat of 127, tech said its normal. I'm still having very mild cramps here and there, but zero spotting. Anyone else have little cramping during their 6th week? Also ramzi method I keep seeing posts about it, but have no idea how that works. My ultrasound was done transvaginally, Anyone have any input?
