Tell me your stories how true do you think the heart rate old wives tale is!? And when do you think it's most accurate (like what week)!?

My son was 188bpm at 10 weeks. It hovered in the 160s during the 20 week range, and was 143 today at 33 weeks.

I'm pregnant with twins and my baby girl's heart rate is always much higher then her brothers. So in my case it was very much true.
