Hair growth?

any fast ways to make your hair grow faster. Ive always had slow growing hair but i just want it long again. i cut it once and it never fully grew back. I get trims every 4 months. Any supplaments to boost it or even home remedies?

Get a trim more often than 4 months
Use a heat protectant if you iron your hair
Invest in GOOD shampoo and conditioner (go to the salon, not the grocery store) 
Buy hair skin and nails gummies (I think they absorb better as gummies)

Before I became a hairdresser I thought my hair grew slow too, but I learned that as the hair grows from the root, if it's breaking from the ends then you will never see growth. Take care of what you have and your body will do the growing.

Minoxidil. You can get it off eBay for about $30. It works wonders but be very carful because if you apply it to your head and it runs down your neck, you will get hair growth there (it's fine if it's a one time thing but with regular use you will)
