What pregnancy symptoms did you have first before you missed a period?

Sadly a lot of these symptoms are also signs of an oncoming period (which can be annoyingly misleading) but the extreme fatigue was a dead give away no period has ever made me as tired as I was when I was pregnant. However every women and every pregnancy is different.

All those,  except nausea,  are both pms and pregnancy symptoms,  thus no way to tell. Nausea doesn't start until 5-6 weeks,  well past a missed period.  Only solid symptom of pregnancy is in fact a missed period
