weight worries

I'm 20 weeks and weighed myself this morning. Scale says I'm up 17 lbs. I exercise 4-5 days a week and walk everywhere! I have been eating whole 30 (no grains dairy sugar) 95% of the time (since my 12 week mark when I started feeling better) but in my first trimester I only gained 4lb. This feels drastic! My personal trainer said to stop using my scale at home and only go by my doctors scale since the digital can vary. My midwife told me to aim for 25lb total. Little bub is only 10oz now the rest of the weight would need to be all him! I feel like I'm doing everything right and really stressed out. But the thing is I actually feel energized and strong for the most part. Yesterday a friend of mine at work was like "you're a testament to healthy eating and exercise you cannot be almost 6mo pregnant." Any thoughts??? I'm starting a July round on the first. 😞
