I'm so embarrassed to even write this but need to get this off my chest. I am pregnant again. I have a 5 month old and just found out I'm pregnant. I'm actually sad. I don't know if I can handle 2 babies so close in age. I don't know what to do 😩we were always against abortions but it is a thought going through my head.
