high school love
Okay guys so I my bf just told me he's liked me since sophomore year and I'm not really sure if I believe him because I'm the one who brought it up. So a little back story is sophomore year he would let me drive his car and we would talk a lot because we were into the same things. And a week ago I was like do you remember when I was driving your car? I kinda liked you but I couldn't tell you so I would just ask to drive your car so we could talk and then he was like me too I never let anyone drive it it's my baby and then he said how he has had feelings for me since sophomore year (we are now in college) but the issue is he had a gf end of sophomore year to end of junior year and we knew eachother the whole time he was with that girl. They started dating sophomore year.... and sophomore year he liked me but didn't tell anyone bc he's shy and I kinda liked him too. The girl he was dating I was kinda friends with and when she told me she liked him I helped her start dating him baceuse me and him were good friends. It hurts to know that he liked me sophomore year and still had sex with another girl, he said he started dating her because he didn't think I was into him :/ then junior year he started to distance himself from me a little like stopped texting me which makes sense bc he had a gf but he said he did that because he knew he liked me and didn't wanna be a dick. We just found out about each other's feelings from sophomore year. We also had a class together junior year and he said everyday when I would walk in he would get butterflies because he knew I was special and he liked me. I know this is long but how true do you think this is? Like he was dating someone else while he liked me, seems kinda weird. I don't know what to think. He is also completely in love with me now and wants to marry me but still now sure what to think of all that.
