Pregnancy scare

So early august I had a huge pregnancy scare. It was the only time I genuinely thought I could be pregnant and the father would have been a coworker I was hooking up with. I had missed two periods finally got one and found out I was having thyroid problems messing with my hormones giving major pregnancy symptoms. I haven't really talked to him about it since maybe once or twice but I was talking to one of his best friends yesterday who told me he broke down to her maybe a month ago and told her if I had been pregnant he would've asked me to marry him. He had already been sort of preparing for it. It's just crazy to think of how different my life could be right now. Married with a 7 week old kid. Still not really sure how to react to it.
