What makes naked baby in a bathtub with a bubble beard porn is if the person seeing said image distorts into being sexual in nature.

As long as it's not posted on social media. I'm all for children being naked and having fun and not sexualizing a child's body. But posting a naked picture of them online can be considered child pornography.

It's surprising when moms won't let their child walk around without a top on but yet post naked pics online

I think if you're taking them for yourself like the bathtub pics or something like that then it's fine. I THINK the problem comes in when it's being shared online.

I have pleanty of pics of my babies is the bathtub or there bottoms doing something trying to not put clothes on. But only my husband and I have seen them.

I'm sure the intent isnt for it to be child pornography, but some parents don't understand that, they think it's a harmless photo so I honestly hope they can't get in trouble for this, but also creeps will look at these photos in a different way than a normal person, and once it's on the internet it's everywhere. I personally believe photos of the kid in the bath or them doing something funny while naked should be for family only and people they absolutely trust  🤷🏼‍♀️

Only if it includes their sexual parts. So no baby genitals and it's not considered pornography.

Well a toddler in the bathtub isn't pornography, as someone else described it would be illegal if it fit the definition of porn. We once had police come to our school after a particularly bad incident of child pornography and one of the things they did was explain the different between posting a photo of a child in a bikini at the beach for example, and a picture of a child in their underwear in a more "provocative" nature. It's not even only about how much clothing you've got on, as both those examples would've been the same amount. It really just depends on the nature of the image.  Look up on your own laws and just be cautious about posting anything like that.

I take pictures of my kids in the bath together(3.5 and 13 months)playing but I cover their parts before posting so you can't see anything

It's one thing to take a picture of your naked kid doing something silly to show to your spouse, family, etc. It's totally another to post it on Facebook. I don't think that either is child pornography, but one is definitely morally wrong. Your adult child wouldn't want a future employer to find a picture of them in the bath when they were 2 on Facebook. Plus I don't use Facebook anymore, but they have a policy against nudity in general, don't they?
