My man gave me $2000 and said you can buy a ring that's cheap and keep the money or you can buy something expensive so i got a $500 ring and spent the rest LOL

Mine said he doesn't even want to be bothered with rings for either party. *sigh* I just left it alone and never mentioned it again. We were casually in conversation about weddings. It did crush my dream. I understand him not wearing one because of work etc but me....

My engagement ring was my grandmothers engagement ring that my mom held onto. It was exactly what I wanted. My husband said that we'd use that ring for engagement and then I could get whatever ring I wanted for my wedding ring. I have a beautiful Sophia Vegara ring that was less than $1000 and I absolutely love it. It's not the price that matters, but the love behind the ring.

I have no clue how much my ring was. I didn't pick it out and didn't know it was coming. My husband designed it and the way it is it represents the 8 years together our 2 kids and our 1 relationship (he asked the question on our 8th year anniversary). I love my ring and couldn't have picked anything out that would come close to its beauty and meaning.

The only time the price of the ring "counts" is when you're ready to upgrade to the next ring and you basically trade it in and they'll give you what you paid for the ring on the price of a new ring.

My wedding ring was 99 cents and engagment ring was about 80$ and so many people.think they are real and love them... i dont want an expensive ring...i could loose it for one and two its the thpught that counts that he picked it out
