what to expect first prenatal appointment

So I'm 8w5d pregnant, I'll have my first prenatal appointment when I'm 10 weeks. I'm really curious as to what I need to expect from the visit. I have never been to an OBGYN or had any exams or anything like that so I'm extremely nervous. 
UPDATE: I see everyone saying you have to get a pap done and I'm sooooo terrified! How did anyone feel when they first got it done or can you PLEASE give me some tips to calm my nerves

I never had a pap done for my first appointment, or any of the following appointments. I filled out some paperwork, peed in a cup, and they did a transvaginal ultrasound

When I went they did a Pap smear and my weight and blood work, I came back a week later for an ultrasound but every place is different!

Everywhere is different! When I first got to by OBGYN the first thing they did was an ultrasound before I even saw the Dr. After I saw my precious little jelly bean, they took me to a room and just went through some family history questions. I also had to have a PAP done and blood drawn. They also checked my weight and blood pressure.

The first pregnancy exam will be a full check. They do a Pap smear and breast check. Weigh you... and you'll either hear or see in the sonogram your baby's heart beat
