Can you guys give me advice/knowledge!?

Looking for advice, knowledge or opinions on my charting so far. ( I charted full last month, am aware I missed awhile and a fill chart would be ideal) My dilemma, I have pcos, so I don't get AF normally, so I must take birth control or estrogen to get my cycle. Without it my charting clearly shows no ovulation drop and my luneal (after ovulation) stage never is above normal for last half. Does this look good/normal? I've heard of an implantation drop. Could I maybe be prego or have positive signs of a possibility?
