Early PG signs or imagination?

So I am currently 8 dpo. The past day or two I've had light cramping/flutters in my lower abdomen, appetite increase and I'm always exahausted. My SO are a sandwich in the car and thought I was gonna throw up. Also this is my first round of clomid so I'm not sure if these are symptoms of that or if I could actually be pregnant
