16 days late and sick

Help! I'm 16 days late on my period and no positive tests! Yesterday I started a slight fever and sickness. Taking another test tomorrow and getting bloodwork done at the end of the month. Am I pregnant?!? No sign of AF and no symptoms just slight headaches on and off!! Help!!!!
