What is something yu did/ate/drank to help make more milk? Any advice it gratefully needed.

I eat oatmeal for breakfast everyday and drink a Gatorade. I've heard those help. But I also heard Gatorade helps because it hydrates you. I get tired of water and need something different so that's what I aim for.

All those things are a joke. It's basically placebo effect momma. Breast milk is supply and demand. The only way to produce more milk is by putting the baby on your breast. Your baby drains milk more effectively thank pumps. The more baby nurses the more you make. Remember:
-what you pump is NO indication of how much milk you produce
- what you pump out after a feeding is considered extra milk even if only an ounce from both breasts
- you will get more milk at different parts of the day
- every woman is different
- keep your water intake up
- try not to stress. Stress does effect supply.

I take fenugreek pills & i drank mothers milk tea. But honestly she eats non stop so I think thats really the only thing thats helped. Hopefully my supply wont dip too much when i go back to work

What's happening that makes you think you need more than what you are producing?

I found the Lactation Plus supplement from the honest company to be great. I also tried fenugreek which wasn't bad. I've heard oatmeal, raw nuts, almond and cashew milk, are all good.
