Really strange dreams

I had an extremely strange dream last night, I had just found out I was pregnant my full pregnancy went over in no time I bought everything in ready for our munchkin to arrive and then went into labour, before having a chance to see baby I awoke, we been trying again this past month after a miscarriage in March could this be a sign or do I want this to much it's playing on my mind xx
