HOW TO LOSE BELLY FAT?

Question

How do I lose my belly fat? Its summer and I want to be able to wear a bikini without covering that little bit of tummy that's not flat yet. It's really annoying me! I'm happy with my body, but that belly fat has got to go! Does anybody have any good at home workouts?

Answer

You cannot specifically target fat on one part of the body. If you want to loose fat one place, you have to reduce fat overall. So watch calorie in/vs calorie out etc. However there are little tricks to try and encourage fat loss. Add cinnamon to your diet, (I add it to my porridge in the morning) and do cardio on an empty stomach to encourage body to use up the outer layer of fat, the one just under your skin which I assume is the one bothering you. But it's genetically disposed how you loose fat. I always  loose it on my stomach last, thighs first.

If it's the lower belly that bothers you, it might be worth checking that it's not fluid. Women tend to store fluid there. It's way easier to loose than fat, and can be lost over night!
