Lots of Pain?

Literally my whole pregnancy i've been in SO much pain. like on a scale of 1-10, its a 9. all my dr's say there is nothing they can do. I've been to the ER about 5x. They literally just check and see if the babies are okay and send me home. Any home remidies or anything i can do ...

I guess it comes down to where the pain is.  I found it really helpful to see a prenatal chiropractor. Helped with the hip, back and neck pain as well as the tension headaches. I also used a hip stability girdle which made a big difference between chiro adjustments.

You have to move / be active  a lot and drinks lots of water 
One nurse told me before also drink Gatorade  a lot  it helps with the pain
