Doctor concern? HELP! Ftm struggles 😭

Question

How often am I meant to go see my doctor throughout pregnancy for a routine ob? Before, I was going every 4 weeks, but I thought I was supposed to see her more often like every 2 weeks since I'm in my third trimester now? It's been 4 weeks since I've seen her, and she didn't have me make an appointment like I usually did beforehand. 
Should I call or wait for her to call me?

Here its every 4 weeks until 28 weeks, then 31, 34, 36, 38 and 40. 41 too if u go over ur due date

It's always been a bit crazy for me due to complications (weekly since 19 this round) but my understanding is you switch to bi weekly around 8 months and then weekly for the last month or so.

I'm not sure if some docs do it different but I was every 4 weeks until I hit 30 weeks. At 30 it changed to every 2 and at 36 every week. I'm pretty sure that is how it was with my first 2 pregnancies with a different doc too

I started going every 2 weeks after 32 weeks pregnant. I have my 36 week appointment next week and then they switch to seeing me every week. I know a lot of doctors start seeing you every two weeks at 28 weeks but that's not always the case

I think it's pretty normal for it to be every 2 weeks once you hit 30 weeks but I'm sure every doctor is different. They know what they are doing though. Don't worry. :)
