Holy back pain?! Anyone else feel like this during pregnancy?!

I feel like I can barley bend over and am in so much pain! This is by far the worst back pain I have experienced thus far and I'm only 22 weeks and 3 days along! And I feel like I could cry it hurts so bad!

You might need to get a belly band that supports your back and belly

Im one day further than you and I feel the exact same way. It doesn't matter if I spend all day on my feet or all day laying in bed. It sucks!!!! Nothing really helps.

Yes! I was about 19-22 weeks when I went through the same thing. To the point where I couldn't sleep and was calling my dr freaking out. Epsom bath, heat press ( for short periods), stretching, and making my husband massage my back helped. I also took Tylenol a couple of times ( dr ok'd it). After 23 weeks I haven't had a problem! Hopefully yours will pass soon!!
