am I just overthinking?

So I slept with this guy three weeks ago and he came inside me, I'm on the implant but he's extremely fertile. He has two girls and I'm pretty sure both of their moms were on some form of birth control. I had a light period for three days. Usually mine last longer. And now three weeks later I'm constantly tired and nauseous and moody as heck! I don't know what to think. My boobs aren't sore but I'm slightly bloated and always craving weird foods. I'm not sure what to do because I also drink a lot of alcohol. So could it just be my body rejecting the amount of alcohol I drink? I drink a bottle of wine probably daily. I'm just scared and don't know what to think because he's crazy. Help
