Middle name Betty... need major help

My grandma is the rock in our family and I would love to honor her with naming my little girl after her. The only problem is her name is Betty. Her middle name has been used a ton by the kids and grandkids.

I'm up to changing it to Bette or Betsy but I'm struggling with first names that flow. I'm also up for two middle names too. Betty is such an older name it's hard to include it. I might scratch it but I want to try. Up for any type of name, traditional, unique etc.
