It took a while but with experiencing ibs symptoms for a few years I finally discovered I am gluten and dairy intolerant. So I cut both out of my diet 2 months ago and I became better 😊 but this week ive been getting sick again & I know for a fact none of the foods im eating are contaminated, so I am not sure if I may have another intolerance? Which seems odd that it would only show up now. Or if I may be still experiencing symptoms from being glutened a week ago? (what I get for the only time I didn't read the ingredients on a brand that is normally gluten free 😓) just wondering what any of your experiences are regarding food intolerances that may help me finally stop feeling sick
