7 days late....nothing but BFN

I'm 7 days late. Took a test on day 1..bfn. Took a test this morning with another bfn. Called the Dr and they said wait another week then call us. I feel really discouraged. Been having light on and off cramps. Nothing like my period cramps. The most I have been late in the last YEAR was 2 days.....help 😔
