My vagina..?

Weird shit happening. I was treated for a "possible" yeast infection and they gave me the cream to put in my vagina for 7 days at night. Well my vagina was fine until that. Now I have an odor in my vagina and sometimes my vagina hurts. But my discharge does NOT smell, just that area??? I feel like that cream messed me up. What are your opinions? I'm tired of these doctors looking at my cooch and not knowing what's going on. But I know being pregnant and having an infection could be dangerous? I'm 31 weeks 2 days.
