Zumba while pregnant?

A month ago, I had been doing Zumba about 4 days a week for my fitness routine for almost a year. I stopped for a month because of fasting that I was doing. I just found out I was pregnant a few days ago, and started back Zumba again today. 
Do you all think it safe to still do my Zumba classes, even though I had taken a month off? Will this count as starting all over again exercising?
I know that some exercise is safe if your body is already used to it. But idk if my body is still used to the Zumba. I'm only 4 weeks along according to my calculations.
