Anatomy scan before 20 weeks?

Question

I'm expecting twins and I'll be 18 weeks two days when I have the anatomy scan done, but I was under the impression that this happened at 20 weeks. I guess it's halfway for twins but I wanted to get an idea.

Anatomy scan can be anytime between 18&22 weeks

18 is as early as they'll do the anatomy scan. A lot of docs wait until 20 just because it's easier to see everything and sometimes certain things are hard to spot at 18-19 if baby isn't cooperating and they'll need to do a follow up a few weeks later.
