Lump in the throat?

Does anyone have this sensation as if they have a lump in the throat while there isn't anything?

Yes--for me it's ghost heartburn. I don't feel the burn, just the lump. Take some Tums for a few days and don't drink too much water in one sitting. See if that helps.
