do you think this is right?

i saw on twitter that sharon and kelly osbourne had called out kendall and kylie jenner for putting their faces on shirts with artists like ozzy osbourne, the doors, etc. without asking permission from the artists. the families of another one of the artists (can't remember who) even brought up suing. personally, i think it was wrong of them to do it without asking, and i would be mad if it was me, but i don't think i'd take it as far as suing them because they did take the shirts off their website and as far as i know, none of them were bought. i don't think it's that big of deal, mainly because they took them down. now, if they would've refused to that would be a different story.
