Serious aversion to MEAT, any suggestions?
So I'm almost 8 weeks along and finding that meat ... is not my friend right now :( I'm having aversions to vegetables and meat, which SUCKS.... if I'm up for it I can stomach eggs but absolutely no meat.
Has anyone else felt this way? If so, what did you eat to supplement the protein in losing from meat?
