Lump in my breast...?

Question

I found a lump underneath my right boob this morning. It's pretty sore to touch. 
I'm thinking it's probably milk? 
I'm 25 weeks pregnant with my first. 
My concern is that is at the very bottom of my boob and only in my right and nothing else about my boob feels different. 
Does that sound pretty normal?

Definitely consult a doctor. Typically the signs that point to something cancerous are a hard, fixed lump (doesn't move around and feels set in place), and is pain free. Some people just have dense or fibrous breast tissue that can press on milk glands or surrounding tissue that makes it more sensitive and feels like it's hurting. Benign (non cancerous) cysts that get larger or smaller depending on your hormone level, or fibroademoma (noncancerous tumors) also are causes for lumps that are annoying, but not life threatening. There are so many reasons for breast lumps with a majority not being dangerous in any way... but being that your pregnant the safest test would probably be for your doctor to palpate it to record size, shape and texture and than do an ultrasound to see if the mass is solid, or normal breast tissue and then more tests can be done from there if needed.
