Cysts

Had my first run in with an abnormal ovarian cyst. Had to go to the er to make sure it wasn't appendicitis. After a CT scan, I was diagnosed with a slew of kidney stones in my kidneys, my right fallopian tube is swollen, and I have a pocket of fluid on that side they believe was a large ovarian cyst that ruptured. However, I didn't actually feel a sudden pain like they said I should've when it ruptured. Endometriosis and something called fibrositic disease runs in the maternal side of my family. I've never had anything like this happen before so I'm wondering: what's everyone's experiences with stuff like this?
