Bad depression...plz read

I have baddddd depression...im 34 weeks and I'm so sad...i don't wana get out of bed..i don't wana do anything to prepare for baby or anything...i just am so sad..angry...and unhappy...i can't keep this up!!!! And I feel like I will forever feel this way... Plz help
