Think I'm starting to get Braxton hicks contractions
Got woke up this morning to the worst lower back pain in my life I didn't wanna move and every so often the pain got more intense and sharp for a little while. Could it be Braxton hicks? Note I'm only 18 and this is my first pregnancy so I'm completely lost on this or how to relieve the pain
