i have 3 day periods, i freaked when it started happening because it hasnt always been that way! but honestly 3 day periods have its pros and cons. its 3 days yeah but man is it heavy!!!!

Thank you so much for your replies ladies. Truly appreciate it.. the thing is that this past cycle was 3 days but not heavy at all. It was just  brown spotting...the first day in the morning I woke up with cramps and lower back pain, but later that day pain and cramps went away.. and I was freaking out cause it had never happened before.

I was same I went to see a dr when mine went to 3 days I was like it can't be normal but he said was pros of having 3dp is there are over quicker but cons are there heavy
