Second trimester nausea, is it normal?

I just read online that it means increased risk of pregnancy complications. That's the last thing I want to hear! This is my rainbow baby. I don't want anything to be wrong 😭 has anyone else has second trimester nausea?! I'm 17 weeks 3 days

I'm almost 18 and a half weeks and definitely still having sickness. I'm nauseous most mornings and evenings and occasionally midday. Some mornings I throw up if I move too quickly.

I was sick for 18 weeks with my first. No issues so I would say this is normal. All pregnancies are different and it has a lot to do with what you eat and how your body is able to process it all.

Same, 17 weeks three days with 'round the clock vomiting (twins). I've only read that it's a sign of healthy babies though, and these are articles based on actual medical trials/studies. It's only a problem if you lose too much weight too quickly. 3-5 pounds in a week should be brought to your doctor's attention.
