Am I the only one ?

My boyfriend of almost a year and I broke up recently and I found out that during our whole relationship he would speak negatively of me to our friends. One thing that he said about me that I cannot seem to shake is "her lips hang". I obviously can't change this about myself because I do not have the $4,000 laying around for a labiaplasty. It's my body. I can't fix it or make it go away. I'm just confused. Am I the only one that has this problem ? Is it a problem ? Is it considered gross to men ?
