was I in the wrong?
When I met my partner he was upfront about being a dad and said it was a drunken one night stand that he never new about until baby was born so fast forward a year and his baby mama rings him arguing and says "when I took the test in your house" so I ask him and then he says he did know but didn't think he was the dad because there was 3 potential fathers aswell then last night I had said something about the pub near us and he says he's never been? Confused I ask how when that's where he met his baby mama and he started shouting "I never fu@&ing said that" then said he was texting her and she came around to chill etc. I'm sorry but why lie about all this?
I find out he's stayed at her house but all the messages are on his old phone at his moms so because they're away on holiday and we are here I asked him to grab the phone so I can see what was said and he's point blank saying that "it's lost" or his mom put it somewhere and he tried but can't find it. He was on the phone to his mom but didn't ask where she put it and he said if he can't find it I can leave him because he can't prove he didn't cheat.
I'm hurt and angry because he swore on his daughters life he never stayed around there at all!! So I say to him I feel sorry for his daughter if she means so little to him that he can say something like that on her life and he flips and tells me to get the fuck out.
This whole relationship with his daughter and her mother is a joke! He said he couldn't bond with his baby it took lots of work and he didn't feel any love for her for 3 months then said he told the baby mama he loved her because he was confusing the love? Weird if he didn't feel it though so how did it get confused.
When it's our weekend he tries to get her to bed as early as he can, falls asleep on his own with her (I walked in on my new make ups ruined and her trying to turn on the oven) he never buys her anything!
All her clothes were from his sister and clothes this year were got from me, my family and my friends. She has no toys around ours so I went out and got her an electric quad, dolls, fake cleaning stuff and he's gotten a pair of shorts, top and toys last Christmas that I paid half.
He's saying I'm a bitch for saying that he needs to start being a father and thAt I wouldn't know.
