started seeing a fertility doctor

Hey everyone!  So my husband and I started seeing a fertility doc after having two miscarriages since nov 2015.  I've always had very irregular and painful/heavy periods.  So Monday we went and I think the entire office seems great!  It was incredibly easy to get an appt and after the initial appt they asked if we'd like to get some bloodwork and the ultrasound done to check everything out right away.  We were in and out in 2 hours and they called me later last night to let me know some of the results.  It turns out I have 27 follicles and I am 28.  He said the avg for my age is 20!  Three hormones they checked seemed normal, as well.  So, my question is has anyone had the same things going on that I have yet still seem to have normal levels?  Not only is it taking a while to get pregnant but they don't seem to want to stick. I have been unofficially diagnosed with PCOS.  What would the treatment be?
