sorry the pictures aren't the nicest. it's the first day of my period, i'm having really bad stomach pains and this comes out, it was pretty big and looks really 'fleshy'. i've never had anything like this before. is this normal? what do you think it is??

When I was on birth control I was worried when I passed a fleshy thing like this, but it was part of the lining of my uterus. It looked really similar to this.

I'd go to the doctor if you're worried or have any other symptoms. I had something very similar but more of a big round ball of tissue-grey with blood- pass during my period one time. At the time I hadn't had sex in like 6 months, so I figured it was just a bunch of tissue shedding. However if you're sexually active, it could be a miscarriage.

I use to have that during some cycles. It's the lobbing of your uterus shedding.
