Losing my mind

I have a pretty regular period for only being 102 pounds but last month my period was late by three weeks I got it on the 29th but it was due on the 14th of June. I believe the delay was due to my ovarian cysts; however I am currently six days late and I am experiencing some brutal period like cramps, headaches and tiredness I feel like I have my period but it's not here! I'm not in a panic but I am concerned I have been like a full blown psycho crying like a baby and just being a bitch to my s.o.😂😭😅 I made an appointment with my doctor just in case there is an actual issue. I'm not sure if I should test for pregnancy considering the doctor will do so I just wanna know if anyone else experiences this! My cramps are horrendous today and still no period🙃
