I've had a low supply of breast milk since I had my LO a little over two weeks ago. I am taking "Boobfood" and "goats rue" to see if it goes up! My OB also just prescribed me Reglan to see if that will boost my supply as well! However, she did say that there could be side effects to the drug, but they are very rare. I wanted to see if anyone experienced this drug and if it actually worked for their supply! ❤ The max I've gotten while pumping has been 50ml. I've had to supplement with formula. My goal is to just have my LO take my milk. I'm drinking tons of water and obviously doing everything I can to boost my supply, so I'm not sure why it won't go up? This is my 3rd child btw.
