So last Thursday I went to get my 8 week check up. They did a pap smear and said come back in a week for test results. He said you have a bit of discharge, so I'm going to test for any type of infections. I said ok fine. The doctor called right now and told me I tested positive for chlamydia.

FUCKING CHLAMYDIA.

I'm currently married, so I immediately called my husband and told him to be honest with me. He said that every since he's been with me he's never been with anybody else.

How can this be? I know he's lying to me. I haven't been with anyone else since 2k14 and I've always used condoms. Once I met him, I decided that he was the one to raise my children with. In May of this year I had a miscarriage and they did a pap smear. Everything was a-ok, and now I have this std.

What can I do guys? I'm so lost, I want to believe him, I don't want to imagine my child's father sleeping with someone else and infecting me and his baby.

Update: thank you to all you ladies making me feel better. Either one of us could have had it before being with each other. But it's just weird to me that it didn't pop up in may. Is it any way that it could be a false positive. Idk, my head is all over the place. My whole world feels like it is being destroyed. I just want answers.

Can doctor tell me how long he or I has had it ?
