I told a friend about getting my BFP and she was really excited! But when I told her about telling my family she told me that that's not a good idea because she thinks I should wait until after my first trimester to tell anybody as her daughter has had multiple miscarriages. I know she's doing it because she's concerned but it kind of took the wind out of my sails
