I'm about 12 weeks pregnant experiencing mild cramps. No bleeding, it just..feels like a period about to start. It has happened before during this pregnancy with no bleeding, and online it says it's normal but I'd like confirmation that it's not something bad. I had a miscarriage right before this and I'm terrified of it happening again. We already know it's a girl. We've heard her heart beat. Am I worrying over nothing? Or are cramps a bad thing?

Edit: I have ovarian cysts to the right, I don't know if that may have something to do with it, and while eating I'll very suddenly and randomly get sick. No warning, no salt in the mouth taste, just all the sudden wretch.

I'll definitely be bringing this up to my doctor but my appointment isn't for another few weeks
